The attacks on the World Trade Center towers and on the Pentagon on 11 September 2001 may have seemed like a declaration of war. They were not; they were merely the most egregious overt acts of a war that had been declared years, even centuries, before. The war continues today. It’s being waged not just in the Middle East, but here in the U.S. as well. It’s being waged against us not just by those who have declared the war, but also by those who enable and apologize here at home.
We are at war. It is a war which will mark the end of civilization or the the end of a barbaric, medieval death cult. This is not my opinion; it is what our enemies have stated on many occasions. We can fight it, or we can offer up our throats, and those of our children, to the knife. I know which course I choose.
I will not submit.

Michelle Malkin says it much more eloquently than I could. Head over to her blog and read today’s entry, “9/11: Remembrance and resistance”.
